中医药治疗糖尿病肾病气阴两虚证文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医药治疗糖尿病肾病气阴两虚证的研究现状和热点,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法:应用Note Express 3.2.0软件结合人工阅读方式对中国知网、万方和维普三大中文数据库进行文献初步筛选和信息分类整理,分别从年发文量、期刊分布、作者所在机构、高频关键词、气阴两虚兼证等方面进行系统分析。结果:共纳入461篇有效文献,年度发文量整体呈上升趋势,在2017年发文量最高,为73篇;根据普赖斯定律公式算法,基本形成“核心期刊”和“核心大学”,尚未形成核心作者群;排名前23位研究机构中高等院校占比较高,其次为医疗机构;高频关键词中“糖尿病肾病”频次最高,共词聚类分析分为4类,由频次≥5次的关键词进行共现网络分析;气阴两虚证及兼证分布中,排名前3位的证型分别是:气阴两虚兼血瘀证、气阴两虚证、气阴两虚兼血瘀湿浊证。结论:糖尿病肾病气阴两虚证的中医药治疗得到了广泛关注和研究;不同研究机构的合作交流相对局限;研究热点是中西医联合应用的临床疗效、气阴两虚兼血瘀证型;中医证型与理化指标的相关性将成为研究趋势。Objective:To investigate the current status and hot spot of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of Qi Yin and two deficiency syndromes of diabetic nephropathy,and to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Application Note Express 3.2.0software combined with manual reading,the three major Chinese databases including China knowledge net,WANFANG and WEIPU were initially screened and information classification collated,and a systematic analysis was performed from the aspects of annual publication volume,journal distribution,author\s institution,high-frequency keywords,Qi Yin two deficiency and evidence,respectively.Results:A total of 461valid literatures were included,and the annual publication volume overall showed an increasing trend,with the highest volume of 73publications in 2017;According to the price\s law formula algorithm,the“core journals”and“core universities”are basically formed and have not yet formed a core group of authors;The top 23study institutions had a high percentage of tertiary and tertiary institutions,followed by medical institutions;“diabetic nephropathy”was the most frequent in the high-frequency keywords,and the co word cluster analysis was divided into 4categories,and the co-occurrence network analysis was performed by keywords with frequencies greater than or equal to 5times;In the distribution of Qi Yin two deficiency syndromes and facultative syndromes,the top 3ranking syndromes are as follows:Qi Yin two deficiency with blood stasis syndrome,Qi Yin two deficiency syndrome,Qi Yin two deficiency with blood stasis and dampness syndrome.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of Qi Yin two deficiency syndrome of diabetic nephropathy has received extensive attention and research;Collaborative communication from different research institutions is relatively limited;The research hotspot is the clinical efficacy of combined traditional Chinese and Western Medicine(TCM),which is composed of Qi Yin,two deficiency and blood stasis syndrome
