摘　　要：胃癌具有高度恶性和不良预后,近年来,人们日益重视胃镜及病理检查,胃低级别上皮内瘤变(LGIN)作为胃癌前病变的重要阶段也逐步受到重视,中医药“治未病”思想对其防治有着独特优势。分析归纳近年来中医药治疗CAG伴LGIN的文献,总结出“毒邪”与LGIN的关系及“毒邪”对其的影响,从中药辨证分型解毒、经方解毒治疗及中成药解毒治疗等方面,阐述从“毒”论治LGIN的中医药现代研究进展,为中医药临床防治胃癌前病变提供理论支持。Gastric cancer is highly malignant and has a poor prognosis.In recent years,people are paying more attention to gastroscopy and pathology,and low grade intraepithelial neoplasia(LGIN),as an important stage of gastric precancer,is also gradually receiving attention,and the idea of“treating the disease before it happens”in Chinese medicine has unique advantages in its prevention and treatment.Through the summarizes the relationship between“toxicity”and LGIN and its influence on LGIN by analyzing and summarizing the recent literature on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with LGIN in Chinese medicine,and elaborates on the treatment of LGIN from the aspects of“toxicity”,such as detoxification from Chinese medicine,treatment by classic prescription and detoxification from Chinese medicine.In addition,the modern research progress of TCM in treating LGIN is elaborated,and provide theoretical support for the clinical prevention and treatment of gastric precancerous lesions in TCM.
