摘　　要：子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是临床常见的一种顽固性疾病,以慢性疼痛、月经失调及不孕为主要症状,严重影响女性的生活质量。中医传统论治EMs注重病机血瘀证的整体性论治,对于病机进展阶段没有较好的阐述,因而临床疗效差强人意。作者在跟诊中发现,在EMs不同的病机阶段对证用药,无论从临床实践还是通过查阅相关文献,都发现能取得很好的疗效。以EMs病程进展为基线,以核心病机血瘀为连接点,从邪气致瘀、瘀久蕴热、瘀热化毒的病机渐进过程行纵向分析,以方测证,递进分析,以期为中医诊疗EMs提供一种新思路。Endometriosis(EMs)is a stubborn disease commonly seen clinically,characterized by chronic pain,menstrual disorders and infertility,which seriously affects women\s quality of life.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment EMs focus on the holistic treatment of disease machine blood stasis evidence,and there is no good elaboration on the stage of disease mechanism progression,so the clinical efficacy is not satisfactory.I found in the follow-up consultation,EMs in different stages of the pathogenic drug,whether from clinical practice or through the support of the relevant literature can get a good effect,the article will take the EMs course progression as the baseline,to the core mechanism blood stasis as the connection point,from the evil gas stasis,stasis for a long time,stasis heat gradual process of the pathogenesis longitudinal analysis,to the square test evidence,progressive analysis,in order to provide a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine EMs.
