光敏感在自身免疫病中的研究进展

摘　　要：紫外线(ultraviolet,UV)可能是红斑狼疮(lupus erythematosus,LE)、皮肌炎(dermatomyositis,DM)和干燥综合征(Sj9gren′s syndrome,SS)等自身免疫性疾病皮肤损害的触发或加重因素,这些疾病中患者光敏感的发生率很高。LE的面部蝶形红斑、DM的眶周水肿性红斑、颈前V字区红斑、手背Gottron皮疹,均发生于曝光部位。然而UV及其导致的光敏感在自身免疫病中的作用研究甚少,本文就光敏感在自身免疫病中的研究进展进行总结。Ultraviolet radiation(UVR)has been shown to trigger and exacerbate autoimmune diseases such as lupus erythematosus(LE),dermatomyositis(DM)and Sj9 gren′s syndrome(SS).Photosensitivity has a high incidence in these diseases.Facial butterfly erythema in LE,periorbital edematous erythema in DM,erythema in the anterior V-shaped area of the neck,and Gottron rash on the back of the hands developed at the exposed site.However,the role of UV and its resulting photosensitivity in autoimmune diseases are rarely described.This review summarizes the research progress of photosensitivity in autoimmune diseases.
