摘 要:目的发掘并确定对本科生创新创业精神培育的积极影响因素,为今后医学院校进一步将思政教育融入创新创业训练提供依据。方法对375名本科生进行问卷调查,对其中的12名典型代表进行非结构式访谈,根据结果总结对后续双创训练的干预措施。结果基于375份有效样本的问卷分析结果表明,参加本科生暑期科研实践活动(P<0.05)和参加本科生相关科研赛事(P<0.05)是形成较高创新创业水平的独立影响因素;非结构式访谈也表明,课程思政对学生参加上述科研训练和科研赛事也起到了直接的引导作用。结论通过融合思政教育提高学生对科研训练和科研赛事的参与度将有助于提高医学生创新创业水平并不断完善思政教育工作创新能力与水平。Objective To explore and determine the positive influence factors on the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship of undergraduates,so as to provide a basis for future medical schools to further integrate ideological and political education into innovation and entrepreneurship training.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 375 undergraduate students,and 12 typical representatives of them were interviewed in an unstructured manner;the intervention measures were summarized for follow-up innovation and entrepreneurship training based on the above results.Results Participating in undergraduate summer scientific research activities(P<0.05)and participating in undergraduate related scientific research competitions(P<0.05)were independent factors that form a relatively high level of innovation and entrepreneurship based on a questionnaire analysis of 375 valid samples;and ideological and political education through curriculum was proved to be a direct role in guiding students to participate in the above-mentioned scientific research training and scientific research competitions through unstructured interviews.Conclusion It was confirmed that improving students participation in scientific research training and scientific research competitions through the integration of ideological and political education will help improve the level of innovation and entrepreneurship of medical students and continue to improve the ability and level of innovation in ideological and political education work.
