摘  要:目的采用混合式教学方法探讨医学人文学习在心血管内科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用。方法选取2020年2-6月在西安交通大学第二附属医院参加心血管内科住院医师规范化培训的学生,实验组应用PBL(project based learning)教学法整合线上线下教育,利用线上教育的优势,增加医学人文教育章节,对照组应用传统线下教学方法,研究在心血管内科住院医师规范化培训教学中融入医学人文教育的教学效果。结果研究提示实验组医学人文教育显著提升了大部分学生的医患沟通能力,且学生规培出科考试较对照组明显提升,但少数学生认为学习自律性低。结论采用混合教学方法融入医学人文教育能极大地促进心血管内科住院医师规范化培训,但对少数对自控能力较差的学生而言效果欠佳,传统教学模式中的监管作用仍不可或缺。Objective To explore the application of medical humanistic education in the teaching of standardized training of cardiovascular medicine residents.Methods Trainees who participated in the standardized training of cardiovascular internal medicine residents at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from February to June 2020 were selected,and the experimental group applied the PBL(project-based learning)teaching method to integrate online and offline education,while the control group applied the traditional offline teaching method to study the integration of medical humanities education in the teaching of standardized training of cardiovascular internal medicine residents.The effect of integrating medical humanistic education in the teaching of normative training of cardiovascular medicine residents was studied.Results The study suggested that the medical humanities education in the experimental group significantly improved the doctor-patient communication ability of most of the students,and the students standardized training examination was significantly improved compared with the control group,but a few students believed that the self-discipline of learning was low.Conclusion The use of blended teaching methods into medical humanities education can greatly promote the standardized training of cardiovascular medicine residents,but it is not effective for a small number of students with poor self-control ability,and the role of supervision in the traditional teaching model is still indispensable.
