摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是培养优秀临床医学生所采取的重要举措,其主要学习场所是各个临床科室,学习各科室临床知识和临床技能以及科研方法等。医学规培生在整个学业过程中,需要完成研究生学业所具有的科研训练。近年来,我国曝光的临床医院科研诚信有失的事件时有发生,医学规培生作为医院的后备力量,在规培阶段就要结合课程思政,提前做好科研诚信教育,提高科研素质。作者从分析医学规培生科研素养训练和诚信教育缺乏的现状、规培阶段科研诚信教育的意义及其重要性入手,进一步阐明了医学规培生科研诚信教育的途径和在临床实践中融入科研诚信教育措施,以期为促进临床教学和对同行提供借鉴。The standardized training system for resident is the main system for cultivating clinical medical students,referred to as medical standardized training students.Its main learning place is each clinical department,to learn the clinical knowledge and clinical skills of each department.Throughout the course of their studies,medical students are required to complete the research training.In recent years,there have been frequent incidents of lack of scientific research integrity in clinical hospitals.Therefore,as the backup force of hospitals,medical standardized training students should be accepted the education of scientific research integrity during the curriculum thinking and politics in the stage of standardized training,and do a good job in advance of scientific research integrity education to prevent future problems.
