摘　　要：五四新文化运动时期中国工人群体媒介形象在大众媒介上的呈现,既与工人群体的行为习惯有关,也取决于以政党为代表的社会政治势力对工人群体媒介形象的书写与表达。工人群体自晚清起,就一直以社会治安隐患的形象出现在公共舆论中。在工人群体媒介形象呈现出鲜明的消极特点时,由激进知识分子及激进党派构成的知识界开始呼吁、鼓励工人联合,启发了工人的团结意识,推动了工人运动由松散罢工发展至政治化工潮。在工人群体逐渐政治化、组织化时,激进知识分子及党派进一步引导工人群体谋求正当国民权利,从要求经济改善发展至政治诉求,动员工人群体积极参与社会政治运动,在工人群体内部形成了“国民一份子”的话语与认知。工人群体媒介形象变化的主要原因分别是,新闻媒体的差异性书写、国家政治形势的选择,以及政党思想意识形态的教育。During the May 4th New Culture Movement, the image of Chinese worker group in the mass media was not only related to the behavior and habits of the workers, but also depended on the writing and expression of the media images of the worker group by social and political forces represented by political parties.Since late Qing Dynasty, the worker group has always appeared in public opinion as a hidden danger to social security.When the media image of the worker group showed distinct negative characteristics, the radical intellectuals and parties began to call and encourage the workers to unite, which inspired the workers’ sense of solidarity and promoted the development of the workers’ movement from a loose strike to a political tide.When the worker group was gradually organized, radical intellectuals and parties further guided them to seek legitimate national rights from the demand for economic improvement to political appeal, mobilized the worker group to actively participate in social and political movements, and the discourse and cognition of "a member of the nation" were formed within the worker group.The main reasons for the change of the media image of the worker group are the differentiated writing of the news media, the choice of the national political situation, and the education of the political party’s ideology.
