摘 要:配网变电设计可以保证输电线路铺设的合理性,其建筑结构会影响配网变电设计的合理性和效果.因此,该文提出了基于GIS建模的配网变电设计及工程管理方法.计算配网变电节点端口权重,并通过GIS模型,设计配网变电节点与光电混合双稳态电路.确定配网变电杆塔的数量,并通过选择合适的输电线路导线,优化配网变电工程的配电线路.将配网变电设备的CAD图导入到GIS软件中,构建配网变电设备模型,实现配网变电的设计.通过健全安全组织机构的管理制度和加强现场监督检查,获取配网变电工程的管理对策.实例分析结果表明,基于GIS建模的配网变电方式在输电线路铺设中更加合理,通过提高输电线路铺设的收益和降低配网变电工程的能耗,保证了输电线路铺设的效果.Distribution network substation design can ensure the rationality of transmission line laying,and its building structure will affect the rationality and effect of distribution network substation design.Therefore,the design and engineering management method of distribution network and substation based on GIS modeling is proposed.The port weight of distribution network substation node is calculated,and the hybrid bistable circuit of distribution network substation node and photoelectric is designed through GIS model.Determine the number of distribution network substation towers,and optimize the distribution line of distribution network substation project by selecting appropriate transmission line conductors.The CAD drawing of distribution network substation equipment is imported into GIS software,the distribution network substation equipment model is constructed,and the design of distribution network substation is realized.By improving the management system of safety organization and strengthening on-site supervision and inspection,the management countermeasures of distribution network and substation project are obtained.The example analysis results show that the distribution network transformation mode based on GIS modeling is more reasonable in transmission line laying,and the effect of transmission line laying is ensured by improving the income of transmission line laying and reducing the energy consumption of distribution network transformation project.
