摘  要:[目的]加速杜鹃花新品种种苗繁殖与推广。[方法]以‘古田红’杜鹃花带有顶芽的茎段为材料,通过无菌体系建立、不定芽诱导及增殖、试管苗生根、驯化移栽等一系列过程,建立杜鹃花离体快繁体系。[结果]使用0.1%HgCl2消毒12 min消毒效果最好,WPM+3.0 mg/L ZT+0.5 mg/L NAA+30 g/L蔗糖+6.5 g/L琼脂粉有利于不定芽诱导,WPM+1.0 mg/L ZT+0.1 mg/L NAA+30 g/L蔗糖+6.5 g/L琼脂粉有利于杜鹃花增殖,WPM+1.0 mg/L NAA+30 g/L蔗糖+6.5 g/L琼脂粉有利于生根,草炭土∶珍珠岩(2∶1)基质可以作为驯化移栽基质。[结论]该研究建立了‘古田红’杜鹃花新品种离体快繁体系。[Objective]In order to accelerate the propagation and popularization of new azalea varieties.[Method]Taking the stem of‘Gutian Red’azalea as materials,and the in vitro propagation system of rhododendron was established through a series of processes,such as establishment of aseptic system,induction and proliferation of adventitious buds,rooting of in vitro seedlings,domestication and transplanting.[Result]The best treatment for disinfection was 0.1%HgCl2 for 12 min.WPM+3.0 mg/L ZT+0.5 mg/L NAA+30 g/L sucrose+6.5 g/L agar was beneficial to adventitious bud induction.WPM+1.0 mg/L ZT+0.1 mg/L NAA+30 g/L sucrose+6.5 g/L agar was beneficial to proliferation,while WPM+1.0 mg/L NAA+30 g/L sucrose+6.5 g/L agar was beneficial to azalea rooting.Peatsoil∶perlite(2∶1)can be used as domestication and transplanting substrate.[Conclusion]The in vitro rapid propagation system of‘Gutian Red’azaleas was established.
