摘  要:利用Z-扫描技术研究了Ti_(2)C的非线性吸收。实验结果表明,在不同强度的500 nm激光下,Ti_(2)C总是显示出饱和吸收(SA),并且饱和吸收随着激光强度的增加而增加。此外,还研究了激光波长对Ti_(2)C的非线性吸收的影响。研究发现,Ti_(2)C在不同波长(450、475、500、532、550、600 nm)的激光作用下均为饱和吸收,并且在532 nm处,饱和吸收最强。利用基态等离子体漂白分析讨论了饱和吸收的机制。研究表明Ti_(2)C纳米片表现出宽带饱和吸收,可以用于激光器锁模。Z-scan technology was used to study the nonlinear absorption of Ti_(2)C.The experiment results demonstrate that,Ti_(2)C always shows saturable absorption(SA)at 500 nm and the amplitude of the SA becomes more pronounced as the energy increases.Moreover,the effect of laser wavelength on the nonlinear absorption Ti_(2)C was also investigated.It was found that Ti_(2)C showed SA at different wavelengths(450,475,500,532,550,600 nm),and at 532 nm the SA is the strongest.The SA was analyzed in terms of the bleaching of ground state plasmon.These investigations implies that Ti_(2)C nanosheets exhibit broadband SA which can be applied in mode-locking.
