摘 要:炼化企业因气体泄漏引发火灾爆炸事故时有发生,造成人员伤亡和巨大财产损失,现有点线式监测手段由于监测区域小而容易发生漏检。针对上述问题,基于傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱气云成像技术及系统,在炼化企业开展了现场试验,有效检出二氧化硫、对二甲苯及甲烷等7种气体,与现场吻合度较高。该系统具有监测距离远、覆盖范围广、成份识别准确率高及扩散轨迹可视化等优势,为炼化企业气体泄漏检测体系提供了有力保障。The detection area of the existing traditional point and line leakage monitoring equipment is relatively small,and the traditional leak monitoring methods may have missed detection.To improve the monitoring quality of the gas leakage monitoring system for refining and chemical enterprises,a gas cloud imaging system for gas leakage monitoring was built based on Fourier Transform Infrared(FTIR)spectral imaging technology.The system consists of an infrared lens,a Michelson interferometer,an infrared detector,a small refrigerator,and an industrial computer.The coverage spectral band of the system is 8-14μm,which can distinguish multiple leaking gases simultaneously and express them semi-quantitatively.The system was used in field experiments in refinery and chemical enterprises.The installation height of the experimental system is about 20 m,and the distance from the desulfurization and desulfurization device and the storage tank area is 500 m and 750 m,respectively.The system has been used for 24 hours continuous monitoring at the refining and chemical enterprise field,and a total of seven gases including sulfur dioxide,p-xylene,and methane were effectively detected.And gas concentration cloud maps can be generated.To verify the reliability of the monitoring results of the experimental system,taking the detection result of sulfur dioxide gas as an example,the sulfur dioxide detection results of the FTIR spectral imaging leak monitoring system were compared with the monitoring results of the on-site heating furnace chimney online monitoring device.The average concentration of sulfur dioxide in the chimney area of the heating furnace of the desulfurization and desulfurization device shows a changing pattern of high at night and low during the day within 24 hours.The comparison result shows that the detection result of this system is almost consistent with the regularity of the on-site online monitoring result.Field experiments proved that the system has the advantages of long monitoring distance,large coverage,high a
