摘 要:考虑装配式建筑绿色度评估具有复杂性和模糊性的特点,引入属性识别模型,建立了组合赋权-属性识别的装配式建筑绿色度综合评价模型。首先,基于装配式建筑全寿命周期理论,从设计、生产运输、施工、运营和回收等5个阶段,选取了26个因素构建了装配式建筑绿色度综合评价指标体系,并对指标进行了等级划分;其次,采用改进层次分析法和熵权法分别计算指标主观权重和客观权重,基于拉格朗日算法确定指标组合权重,根据指标分级情况构建单指标属性测度函数,并计算综合属性测度,基于属性识别准则判断绿色度等级;最后,以某装配式建筑项目为研究对象,结合项目报告和专家打分情况,进行绿色度分析评估,并与其他模型评估结果进行对比。结果表明,该模型评估结果合理,与实际情况相符,验证了组合赋权-属性识别模型在装配式建筑绿色度评估方面的适应性,为装配式建筑绿色度评估工作提供了一个新方法。This paper intends to introduce a new analysis method for the green degree evaluation of prefabricated buildings based on the combination weighting method and the attribute recognition model in light of the complexity and fuzziness of the green degree evaluation of prefabricated buildings.First,for this purpose,we built a comprehensive evaluation index system of green degree evaluation of prefabricated buildings based on the life cycle theory from the following 5 dimensions:design,production transportation,construction,operation,and recycling.And the index system consists of 26 factors:plot ratio,water-saving rate,temperature suitability,greening rate,solid waste discharge,exhaust emission,the utilization rate of renewable energy,etc.All of the above-mentioned factors should be categorized into 3 levels:a lower level of green degree,a higher level of green degree,an extremely high level of green degree.Secondly,we managed to improve the Analytic Hierarchical Process and the Entropy Theory for determining the subjective and objective weights for each index and introduced the Lagrange algorithm to find the combination weights of each index.We determined the single index attribute measure function based on the criteria of single index classification and worked out the comprehensive attribute measure,whereas the green degree of prefabricated buildings can be gained with the attribute recognition principle.Finally,the green degree of prefabricated buildings was determined by using the analysis model and compared with the evaluation results of other models.The results show that the green degree evaluation of the model is reasonable and consistent with the actual situation,which verifies the adaptability of the combination weighting and attributes recognition model in the green degree evaluation of prefabricated buildings,providing a new method for green degree evalution of prefabricated buildings.
