摘 要:为评估生态胶凝材料生产过程对环境的影响,利用生命周期评价(LCA)方法,从生命周期角度定量分析生态胶凝材料生产的全过程,包括原材料及能源消耗等上游污染、加工制造以及现场排放所造成的环境影响。结果表明:生态胶凝材料生产过程对海洋生态毒性方面的影响程度最高,其次是淡水生态毒性、人类致癌毒性、人类非致癌毒性和陆地生态毒性。原材料消耗及辅助材料消耗是最主要的污染来源,其中原材料消耗所带来的污染对近18种环境影响类型的贡献达50%以上。敏感性分析表明,降低原材料消耗是减少人类致癌毒性污染的最有效措施,降低辅助材料消耗在海洋生态毒性以及全球变暖上产生最明显的环境效益。此外,通过与传统硅酸盐水泥生产过程对比发现生态胶凝材料生产过程具有更良好的环保性能,尤其针对全球变暖、陆地生态毒性以及海洋生态毒性方面,体现出明显的环境优越性。To evaluate the environmental impact of the production process of ecological cementitious materials,a life cycle assessment(LCA)method is applied to quantitatively analyze the whole production process.Upstream pollution such as raw material and energy consumption,processing,manufacturing,and on-site emissions are included in the system boundary.The life cycle model of ecological cementitious materials production is established by SimaPro.Quantitative life cycle impact assessment results(LCIA)are obtained through Recipe 2016 method.The standardized midpoint analysis results indicate that the production process of ecological cementitious materials has the highest environmental impact on marine ecotoxicity,followed by freshwater ecotoxicity,human carcinogenic toxicity,human non-carcinogenic toxicity,and terrestrial ecotoxicity.The characteristic midpoint analysis results show that the consumption of raw materials and auxiliary materials is the most important source of pollution,and the pollution caused by raw materials consumption contributes more than 50%to nearly 18 environmental impacts.Sensitivity analysis shows that reducing the consumption of raw materials is the most effective measure to reduce the environmental impact on human carcinogenic toxicity,which means a 5%reduction in raw material consumption can bring 3.83%environmental benefits in human carcinogenic toxicity.Reducing the consumption of auxiliary materials can bring the most significant environmental benefits in terms of the environmental impact categories of marine ecotoxicity and global warming.The impact of on-site emissions and energy consumption is relatively small.In addition,compared with ordinary Portland cement production,the production of ecological cementitious material has better environmental performance.Midpoint analysis results find that the ecological cementitious material production process shows obvious environmental superiority in the identified key environmental impact categories,especially in the field of global warming,terrest
