摘 要:汽车制动器在紧急制动过程中其摩擦衬片与制动盘/鼓存在耦合行为,针对其温度场、应力场、磨损的耦合现象,将有限元分析方法与Archard磨损模型相结合,建立了销-盘三维模型,并将其导入ABAQUS中,对磨损情况较为严重的匀速持续制动工况进行分析,得到了匀速持续制动工况下摩擦衬片的温度场分布云图,最后将温度场与应力场进行耦合得到耦合后节点磨损曲线图,并利用广义Archard公式对仿真结果进行验证,仿真结果表明,与磨损理论吻合良好。In the process of emergency braking,the brake pads of the automobile brake has a coupling behavior with the brake disc/drum.Aiming at the coupling phenomenon of temperature field,stress field and wear,a study combining the finite element analysis method with the Archard wear model is presented。Then the pin-disc 3D model is established and imported into ABAQUS to analyze the constant-speed continuous braking condition with the continuous constant speed situations.The temperature field distribution nephogram is obtained under the continuous constant speed conditions.Finally,we analyze the coupling phenomenon of the temperature field and the stress field and obtain the nodal wear curve after coupling.The generalized Archard formula is used to verify the simulation results and the results are in good agreement.
