摘  要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚丁二醇(PTMG)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为基本原料,在链段上引入长脂肪烃链和含蒽醌基团的酸性红337染料分子,制得一种性能良好、适用于涂布的油墨连接料,其兼具优良的颜色稳定性与均一性,同时保持良好的防水耐水性与优异的力学性能。对染料键合水性聚氨酯的结构、力学性能和热性能等进行研究。当染料含量为2 wt.%时,合成的水性聚氨酯基高分子染料胶膜的综合性能最佳。胶膜断裂强度可达12.2 MPa,断裂伸长率可达742.94%,水接触角为98.3°,胶膜浸水后色稳定性较好。当染料含量为2 wt.%时,胶膜的热稳定性最佳,同时染料的分散性较好。Using isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polybutylene glycol(PTMG)and 1,4-butanediol(BDO)as the basic raw materials,the long aliphatic hydrocarbon chain and the acid containing anthraquinone group are introduced into the segment.Red 337 dye molecule,to prepare an ink binder with good performance suitable for coating,which has both excellent color stability and uniformity,while maintaining good waterproof and water resistance and excellent mechanical properties.The structure,mechanical properties and thermal properties of dye-bonded waterborne polyurethane were studied.When the dye content is 2 wt.%,the synthetic waterborne polyurethane-based polymer dye film has the best comprehensive properties.The breaking strength of the film can reach 12.2 MPa,the elongation at break can reach 742.94%,the water contact angle is 98.3°,and the color stability of the film after soaking in water is good.The thermal stability of the film is the best,and the dispersibility of the dye is better.
