摘 要:为有效处理洗毛废水并进行资源化利用,文章对比了聚合氯化铝、聚合硫酸铝铁与硫酸铁3种絮凝剂对洗毛废水的絮凝效果,并将分离羊毛脂后的絮凝沉降物作为主要原料进行生物质发酵。在发酵试验中,分别向沉降物中加入EM菌、有机发酵菌与污泥专用发酵菌进行好氧发酵,研究不同菌种对污泥发酵的影响,同时设计空白对照组。通过对洗毛污泥的温度、pH值、水分、有机碳、全氮、全钾等指标的变化来对比分析污泥的发酵情况。结果表明:絮凝试验正交最优工艺为:使用絮凝剂聚合氯化铝,pH值为8,投量为1.5 g/(200 mL)。发酵试验表明:微生物菌剂对洗毛絮凝沉积物发酵生物质肥料都有加速发酵的作用,其中有机发酵菌发酵效果较优,是快速堆肥的理想发酵菌剂。In order to treat wool washing wastewater and make resource utilization effectively,the flocculation effect of polyaluminium chloride,polyaluminium ferric sulfate and ferric sulfate on wool washing wastewater was compared in this paper,and the flocculation deposition after lanolin separation was used as the main raw material for biomass fermentation.In the fermentation experiment,EM bacteria,organic fermentation bacteria and sludge special fermentation bacteria were added to the sedimentation for aerobic fermentation,and the effects of different strains on sludge fermentation were studied.At the same time,a blank control group was designed.Through the changes of temperature,pH value,moisture,organic carbon,total nitrogen,total potassium and other indicators of washing sludge to compare and analyze the fermentation of sludge.The results show that the orthogonal optimal process of flocculation test is:using flocculant polyaluminum chloride,pH value is 8,dosage is 1.5 g/(200 mL).The results of fermentation experiments show that the microbial agents can accelerate the fermentation of the biomass fertilizer,and the organic fermentative bacteria has the best fermentation effect,which is the ideal fermentative agent for rapid composting.
