摘  要:为提高臭氧催化氧化技术处理罗丹明B染料废水的效率,文章采用浸渍-焙烧法将镁、锰、铁和铈等4种金属元素分别负载于活性炭、生物炭、陶粒和沸石等4种催化剂载体制备催化剂,探究不同催化剂对臭氧氧化罗丹明B染料废水的强化作用。实验结果表明:使用催化剂后,臭氧氧化效率最高可以提升8%~28%。实验16种催化剂组合发现,提升效果最明显的催化剂载体和金属种类分别为生物炭和锰,活性炭负载锰的组合处理效率最高。In order to improve the efficiency of ozone catalytic oxidation technology in the treatment of Rhodamine B dye wastewater,Catalysts were prepared by impregnation-calcination method,in which 4 metal elements such as magnesium,manganese,iron and cerium and 4 catalyst substrates such as activated carbon,biological carbon,ceramsite and zeolite were combined respectively.The effects of different catalysts on ozonation of Rhodamine B dye wastewater were investigated.The results show that the ozone oxidation efficiency increased by 8%-28%with the catalysts added.The biochar enhanced the oxidation efficiency most among the 4 substrates,and Mn enhanced the oxidation efficiency most among the 4 metals.The combination of activated carbon and Mn achieved the highest treatment efficiency among the 16 combinations tested.
