补肺益肾汤联合常规西药治疗支气管哮喘缓解期肺肾气虚证患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察补肺益肾汤联合常规西药治疗支气管哮喘(BA)缓解期肺肾气虚证患者的效果。方法:选取2018年11月至2021年1月该院收治的80例BA缓解期肺肾气虚证患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合补肺益肾汤治疗,两组均连续治疗3个月。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后哮喘控制测试表(ACT)评分、肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/FVC]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组ACT评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FEV_(1)、FVC和FEV_(1)/FVC水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肺益肾汤联合常规西药治疗BA缓解期肺肾气虚证患者可提高治疗总有效率和ACT评分,改善肺功能,效果优于单纯常规西药治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Bufei Yishen decoction combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of bronchial asthma(BA)patients in remission period with lung-kidney qi deficiency syndrome.Methods:80 BA patients in remission period with lung-kidney qi deficiency syndrome from November 2018 to January 2021 treated in this hospital were selected for the prospective study,and were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Bufei Yishen decoction on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,the asthma control test table(ACT)score,the pulmonary function index levels[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV_(1)),FEV_(1)/FVC],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than the control group of 77.50%(31/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the ACT scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Bufei Yishen decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of the BA patients in remission period with lung-kidney qi deficiency syndrome can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the ACT score,and improve the pulmonary function.
