摘　　要：通过对上海市公共建筑能耗监测平台中机关办公类建筑2018-2020年用电能耗数据的整理和统计,分别从建筑年用电情况、分项用电情况及能耗对标等方面进行了分析,反映了“十三五”期间上海地区机关办公类建筑的用能变化趋势及能效水平,为机关办公建筑节能减碳潜力挖掘及合理能耗定额研究提供一定参考。Through the statistics of 2018-2020 annual municipal government office buildings electricity consumption data in Shanghai public buildings energy monitoring system,the paper analyzes the building’s annual electricity consumption,itemized electricity consumption and energy consumption standard respectively.It reflects the energy consumption trend and energy efficiency level of office buildings in Shanghai during’the 13 th Five-Year’plan period,providing some reference for the research on energy conservation and carbon reduction potential and reasonable energy consumption quota of office buildings in Shanghai.
