社会主义生产目的视角下我国劳资关系研究

摘　　要：新时代我国社会主义生产目的已经转变为在确保生产力不断发展的基础上,满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要,从而达到人的全面发展和共同富裕。这就要求在解决不平衡不充分发展问题时,从社会主义生产目的角度出发看待和解决发展中的劳资关系:正确辨识当前我国劳资关系的新特征,剖析面临的新挑战,构建以实现社会主义生产目的为导向的劳资关系。In the new era,the purpose of socialist production in China has been transformed to meet the people's ever-increasing needs for a better life on the basis of production development and social wealth growth,so as to achieve human all-round development and common prosperity.This requires that when solving the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development,we should treat and solve the labor-capital relationship in development from the perspective of socialist production purpose.Thus,it is necessary to correctly identify the new characteristics of the current labor-capital relationship in China,and analyze the new challenges in labor-capital relationship in order to construct labor-capital relationship oriented to achieve the socialist production purpose.
