摘　　要：目的研究甲磺酸多沙唑嗪应用于合并排尿期症状的女性膀胱过度活动症(OAB)患者的临床治疗作用。方法回顾性分析2021年6月至12月因下尿路症状(LUTS)于昆明医科大学第二附属医院泌尿外科门诊就诊,诊断为OAB同时合并排尿期症状的68例女性患者,其中36例予甲磺酸多沙唑嗪联合琥珀酸索利那新片治疗,为治疗组;32例予琥珀酸索利那新片治疗,为对照组,2组均治疗12周后,使用美国泌尿学会症状评分(AUAss)、膀胱过度活动症症状评分(OABSS)、生活质量(QOL)评分比较治疗前后的症状,评估疗效。结果68例OAB患者治疗12周后,治疗组和对照组的OABSS、AUAss、QOL评分较术前均明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组和对照组用药后AUAss评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲磺酸多沙唑嗪联合琥珀酸索立纳新应用于合并排尿期症状的女性OAB患者,可改善LUTS,提高生活质量。Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of doxazosin mesylate on female patients with overactive bladder(OAB)complicated with micturition symptoms.Methods A retrospective analysis was made of68 female patients who were diagnosed with OAB and complicated with micturition symptoms in the Outpatient Department of Urology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from June to December 2021due to lower urinary tract symptoms(LUTS).Among them,36 cases were treated with doxazosin mesylate combined with solinacin succinate tablets as the treatment group;32 cases were treated with solinacin succinate tablets as the control group.After 12 weeks of the treatment,the symptoms before and after the treatment were compared using American Urological Association symptom score(AUAss),overactive bladder symptom score(OABSS)and quality of life(QOL)score.Results After 12 weeks of the treatment,the scores of OABSS,AUAss and QOL in the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved compared with those before the treatment(P<0.05).There was significant difference in AUAss between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Doxazosin mesylate combined with sorinaxin succinate tablets can improve lower urinary tract symptoms and quality of life in female patients with OAB complicated with micturition symptoms.
