摘 要:采用冷金属过渡焊接技术对5083铝合金进行平板堆焊试验,分析脉冲熔化极气体保护焊、直流/变极性冷金属过渡焊、直流/变极性冷金属混合脉冲过渡对焊缝成形的影响;通过设置不同的交流平衡值,分析了不同正/负极性比例及脉冲比例对平板焊缝成形的影响。采用冷金属过渡焊、冷金属过渡混合脉冲过渡焊、变极性冷金属过渡焊和变极性冷金属过渡混合脉冲过渡焊对8 mm厚5083铝合金进行对接焊试验,对比不同工艺获得的焊缝成形、剖面形貌、微气孔数量、金相组织和力学性能。结果显示,采用冷金属过渡混合脉冲焊得到的焊缝成形美观,微气孔数量最低,焊缝力学性能略优,焊缝组织均为α相(Al)、颗粒状析出相和弥散相组织。The cold metal transfer welding technology is used to weld 5083 aluminum alloy.The effect of pulse gas metal arc welding,direct-current/variable polarity cold metal transfer welding and direct-current/variable polarity cold metal mix with pulse transfer welding on weld forming are analyzed.By setting different AC balance,the influence of different positive/negative ratio and pulse ration on plate weld forming is analyzed.Butt welding tests of 8mm thick 5083 aluminum alloy are carried out by cold metal transfer welding,cold metal transfer mix with pulse transfer welding,variable polarity cold metal transfer welding and variable polarity cold metal transfer mix with pulse transfer welding.The weld forming,section appearance,micro blowhole number,microstructure and mechanical properties of different technologies are compared.The results show that the weld obtained by the cold metal transfer mix with pulse transfer welding is well formed with the lowest number of micro blowhole and slightly better mechanical properties.The microstructure of the weld isαphase(Al),granular precipitated phase and dispersion phase.
