摘  要:以不同甘蔗品种为材料,研究手持式植物光谱测量仪(PolyPen RP-410)在蔗叶光谱值测定的使用技术方法,并分析了不同蓟马为害程度蔗叶的归一化植被指数(NDVI)差异。结果表明:PolyPen RP-410测定蔗叶正、反面NDVI值无差异,不同叶位间NDVI值有一定差异;NDVI值可反映蔗叶的健康状况,且蓟马为害程度与NDVI值呈显著负相关。根据蔗叶受害等级与NDVI值线性回归关系,制定了蓟马为害蔗叶的5级分级方法。该分级方法既避免了人为误差,又提高了监测的准确度;同时还能有效去除因蔗叶颜色差异导致的影响,可为科学指导蔗区蓟马监测与防控提供依据。Using different sugarcane varieties as materials,the application technology and method of hand-held plant spectrometer(PolyPen RP-410)in the determination of sugarcane leaf spectral value were studied,and the difference of normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI)of sugarcane leaves with different damage degrees of thrips was analyzed.The results showed that there was no difference in NDVI values between front and back sides of sugarcane leaves measured by PolyPen RP-410,and there were some differences in NDVI values between different leaf positions.NDVI value can reflect the health status of sugarcane leaves,and the damage degree of thrips is significantly negatively correlated with NDVI value.According to the linear regression relationship between sugarcane leaf damage grade and NDVI value,a 5-level classification method of sugarcane leaf damage by thrips was formulated.This method not only avoids human error,but also improves the accuracy of monitoring,at the same time,it can effectively remove the influence caused by the color difference of sugarcane leaf,which can provide a basis for scientifically guiding the monitoring and control of thrips in sugarcane area.
