崇祯年间陈州地区自然灾害考析

摘　　要：明代崇祯年间,陈州地区旱灾、水灾等自然灾害频仍,对陈州地方社会产生了重大影响。这一时期国力的孱弱又导致明廷对自然灾害的救助力度减弱,使得本就非常有限的抗灾能力趋于萎缩。通过对相关史料的爬梳,初步分析崇祯年间陈州地区自然灾害的种类、影响以及救灾成效,以期对当代抗灾减灾建设提供有益的借鉴。During the reign of Emperor Chongzhen of Ming Dynasty,there were frequent natural disasters such as drought and flood in Chenzhou,which had a great impact on the local society of Chenzhou.During this period,the weak national strength led to the Ming government’s weakened relief efforts to natural disasters,which made the disaster resistance capacity of the very limited tended to atrophy.Through combing relevant historical materials,this paper preliminarily analyzes the types,impacts and relief effects of natural disasters in Chenzhou area during Chongzhen period,in order to provide useful reference for the construction of disaster resistance and disaster reduction.
