摘　　要：博物馆定级评估作为一项激发博物馆活力、引导博物馆综合水平提升的重要举措,其改革优化不断刺激和推动博物馆建设的发展。新修订的博物馆定级评估办法和标准为博物馆行业建设提供了新的目标和要求。军队系统博物馆应当抓住机遇,勇于挑战,加快转型建设,在理念更新、机构架设、人资优化、模式重构等方面做出转变。As an important measure to stimulate the vitality of museums and guide the improvement of the comprehensive level of museums,the reform and optimization of museum grading and evaluation constantly stimulate and promote the construction and development of museums.The newly revised methods and standards of museum grading and evaluation provide new objectives and requirements for the construction of museum industry.The museum of military system should seize the opportunity,dare to challenge,speed up the transformation and construction,and make changes in the aspects of concept renewal,organization erection,human resources optimization,model reconstruction and so on.
