摘 要:研究了钨尾矿砂对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)工作性能、抗压和抗折强度、干燥收缩性能、抗氯离子渗透性能的影响,并结合压汞法和扫描电子显微镜等微观测试方法分析了钨尾矿砂的作用机理。结果表明:随着UHPC中钨尾矿砂对碳酸钙砂取代率的增加,UHPC的流动性降低,7 d和28 d的抗压和抗折强度提高。UHPC中钨尾矿砂取代率对UHPC前7 d的干燥收缩影响较小,14 d后UHPC的收缩随钨尾矿砂取代率的增加而降低,相比基准组,UHPC的收缩值最高减少了18%。钨尾矿砂能提高UHPC基体的密实度和匀质性,降低孔隙率,细化孔径,提高UHPC的抗氯离子渗透性能。In this paper,the effects of tungsten tailing sand on the workability,compressive and flexural strength,dry shrinkage and chloride ion penetration resistance of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)were studied.Mercury intrusion method and scanning electron microscopy were also used to analyze the working mechanism of tungsten tailing sand.The obtained results showed that with the increasing content of tungsten tailing sand in UHPC,the fluidity of UHPC decreased,and the compressive strength and flexural strength of UHPC at 7 d and 28 d were improved.The content of tungsten tailing sand in UHPC had little effect on the drying shrinkage of UHPC before 7 days.After 14 days,the shrinkage of UHPC decreased with the increase of tungsten tailing sand content.Compared with the base group,the shrinkage value of UHPC reduced by 18%.Tungsten tailing sand could improve the compactness and homogeneity of the UHPC matrix,reduce the porosity,refine the pore size,and improve the chloride ion permeability resistance of UHPC.
