摘  要:以26号石蜡油为基础油原料,通过复配乳化剂对基础油进行乳化从而制备稳定不分层的石蜡油乳液,试验考察了失水山梨醇油酸酯(Span80)、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯(Twen-80)、异构十三碳醇聚氧乙烯醚(TO-5)和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-3)4种不同乳化剂复配比例以及乳化剂用量、助乳化剂用量、石蜡油用量、乳化温度、乳化时间和乳化速度对脱模剂稳定性的影响。结果表明:当复合乳化剂的亲水-亲油平衡值(HLB)在10.5左右时,与石蜡油的HLB值相当;当乳化剂用量为石蜡油质量的25%、助乳化剂SG-6用量为复合乳化剂的8%、石蜡油用量为脱模剂质量的20%、乳化温度80℃、乳化时间25 min、乳化速度2000 r/min时,所制备的水性脱模剂储存稳定性最佳,脱膜效果良好,能达到实际工程使用要求。Using No.26 paraffin oil as the base oil raw material,the base oil was emulsified by a compound emulsifier to prepare a stable and non-layered paraffin oil emulsion.The effects of four different emulsifier compounding ratios,including dehydrated sorbitanoleate(Span80),polyoxyethylenesorbitan monooleate(Twen-80),isotridecyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(TO-5)and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO-3),as well as the amount of emulsifier,emulsifier promoter,paraffin oil,emulsifying temperature,emulsifying time and emulsifying speed on the stability of release agent were investigated.The results show that when the hydrophilic-hydrophobic balance(HLB)of the composite emulsifier is about 10.5,it is equivalent to the HLB value of paraffin oil.When the amount of emulsifier is 25%of the mass of paraffin oil,the amount of emulsifier promoter SG-6 is 8%of the mass of composite emulsifier,the amount of paraffin oil is 20%of the mass of release agent,the paraffin oil content is 20%,the emulsification temperature is 80℃,the emulsification time is 25 min,and the emulsification speed is 2000 r/min,the storage stability of the water-based mold release agent at this time is the best,the film release effect is better,and it can meet the use requirements of the engineering project.
