摘 要:以α、β石膏、铁尾矿砂为主要原材料,掺加适量外加剂,设计正交实验,研究α石膏、β石膏、铁尾矿砂、减水剂掺量对砂浆凝结时间、流动度、用水量、收缩率、强度的影响,试配出符合JC/T 1023—2007要求的石膏基自流平砂浆,考虑经济因素,确定砂浆最优配比(g)为:m(α石膏)∶m(β石膏)∶m(铁尾矿砂)∶m(减水剂)∶m(缓凝剂)∶m(保水剂)∶m(可再分散乳胶粉)∶m(消泡剂)=640∶320∶220∶2.12∶4.8∶2.88∶14.4∶0.96。微观分析表明,厚片状和短柱状水化产物数量增加和紧密结构增多使得自流平砂浆强度提高。In this paper,takingαgypsum,βgypsum,iron tailings sand as main raw materials,and adding suitable admixture,orthogonal experiment was designed to explore the influences of the dosages of theαgypsum,theβgypsum,the iron tailings sand and the water reducing agent on the setting time,the fluidity,the water consumption,the contraction rate,and the strength of the self-leveling mortar,and the gypsums-based self-leveling mortar meeting the requirements of JC/T 1023—2007 is prepared.Considering economic factors,the optimal matching ratio is determined as follows:αgypsum∶βgypsum∶iron tailings sand∶water reducing agent∶retarder∶water-binding agent∶redispersible emulsion powder∶antifoaming agent is 640∶320∶220∶2.12∶4.8∶2.88∶14.4∶0.96.Microscopic analysis shows that the strength of self-leveling mortar could be improved with the increasing of the number and the dense structures of the thick lamellars and the short columnar hydration products.
