摘　　要：结合智慧医院发展的新要求,采用SWOT分析法,从公立医院的内外部环境机会与威胁,把握智慧医院发展态势,探讨后疫情时代智慧医院发展途径:抓住智慧医院发展的“窗口期”,加强顶层设计;建设一体化智慧医疗系统,打破信息孤岛;新技术助力,有效应对突发公共事件;从信息化向智能化迈进。Combined with the new requirements of the development of smart hospitals,this study used SWOT analysis to have a look into internal and external environmental opportunities and threats of public hospitals,grasp the development trend of smart hospitals,and discuss the development path of smart hospitals in the post-epidemic era.It is suggested to seize the window period of smart hospital development and strengthen top-level design.It is also recommended to build an integrated smart medical system to break information silos.New technologies would help effectively respond to public emergencies.And it is time to move from informatization to intelligence.
