摘  要:本文以高炉冶炼钒钛矿的参数控制特性,描述了如何构建高炉冶炼钒钛矿炉料结构分析模型;并通过炉料分析模型,系统分析了高炉冶炼钒钛矿的炉料中随钒钛球团矿配比升高,在保证炉渣碱度R_(2)和(TiO_(2))不变的条件下,更多的钒钛矿通过球团工艺进入高炉,钒钛矿在烧结物料中配比下降以及钒钛烧结矿成份发生变化,因此改善了钒钛烧结工艺的技术经济指标和降低了高炉冶炼钒钛矿的综合成本。基于炉料结构模型分析,开展了提高高炉炉料中钒钛球团矿配比的工业试验,结果表明,当钒钛球团配比由24%提高至34%,钒钛烧结矿转鼓指数提高0.19个百分点、成品率提高1.52个百分点,利用系数提高2.27%;高炉综合炉料冶金性能得到改善,入炉品位提高1.5个百分点,有利于高炉冶炼过程的稳定顺行,高炉冶炼钒钛矿技术经济指标大幅改善。Based on the parameter control characteristics of vanadium titanium ore smelting in blast furnace,this paper describes how to construct the charging structure analysis model of vanadium titanium ore smelting in blast furnace;Through the burden analysis model,it is systematically analyzed that with the increase of the proportion of vanadium and titanium pellets in the burden of smelting vanadium and titanium ore in the blast furnace,more vanadium and titanium ores enter the blast furnace through the pellet process,the proportion of vanadium and titanium ores in the sintering materials decreases and the composition of vanadium and titanium sinter changes under the condition of keeping the basicity R_(2)and(TiO_(2))of slag unchanged,Therefore,the technical and economic indexes of vanadium titanium sintering process are improved and the comprehensive cost of smelting vanadium titanium ore in blast furnace is reduced.Based on the analysis of burden structure model,the industrial test of increasing the proportion of vanadium titanium pellets in blast furnace burden is carried out.The results show that when the proportion of vanadium titanium pellets is increased from 24%to 34%,the drum index of vanadium titanium sinter is increased by 0.19%,the yield is increased by 1.52%,and the utilization coefficient is increased by 2.27%;The metallurgical performance of blast furnace comprehensive charge has been improved,and the incoming grade has been increased by 1.5percentage points,which is conducive to the stable and smooth operation of blast furnace smelting process,and the technical and economic indexes of vanadium titanium ore smelting in blast furnace have been greatly improved.
