摘 要:为改善DCS温度保护逻辑,提高温度保护在火电厂的可靠性,从而减少温度保护误动作、不动作造成机组非停或者机组设备损坏。通过对某电厂的温度保护逻辑研究分析,从逻辑优化的角度找出该逻辑不足之处以及可取的地方,对逻辑的缺点进行优化,从而提高温度保护的可靠性。研究发现温度保护的RS触发器的复位端一般是自动复位,但当温度持续保持高位时,自动复位后,保护将会触发,从而造成机组非停等事故。通过改变RS触发器的复位端逻辑,只有当温度数据恢复到接近温度突变前的数值时,即温度恢复到原来水平,才进行置位优先触发器的复位输出,从逻辑上提高了温度质量判断的可靠性。通过实验结果表明,当温度突然升高,无论持续多久都不会触发保护动作,大大提高了温度保护的可靠性,温度保护误动作率在从原来的5%降至0%。In order to improve the DCS temperature protection logic,improve the reliability of the temperature protection in the thermal power plant,so as to reduce the temperature protection error action,no action caused by the unit non-stop or the unit equipment damage.Through the research and analysis of the temperature protection logic of a power plant,the logic shortcomings and desirable disadvantages are found from the perspective of logic optimization,and the logic shortcomings are optimized,so as to improve the reliability of temperature protection.The study found that the reset end of the RS trigger of temperature protection is generally automatic reset,but when the temperature remains high,after the automatic reset,the protection will trigger,resulting in non-stop accidents of the unit.By changing the reset end logic of the RS trigger,the reset output of the temperature data is only restored to the value nearly before the temperature mutation,i.e.,the temperature is restored to the original level,and the reliability of the temperature quality judgment is logically improved.The experimental results show that when the temperature is suddenly increased,the protection action will not be triggered for how long,which greatly improves the reliability of temperature protection,and the temperature protection misaction rate drops from 5%to 0%.
