摘　　要：版权贸易是文化市场的重要组成部分,版权贸易包括版权输入和输出。该文重点讨论电视综艺节目通过版权输入后在国内电视台公开播映的产业发展模式、类型特点及面临的挑战,并提出电视综艺节目版权贸易活动中客观审视可版权性争议、调整节目模式版权保护路径、加强版权合同管理、构筑立体知识产权保护体系和行业自治体系的对策。Copyright trade is an important part of the cultural market.Copyright trade includes copyright import and export.This paper focuses on the industrial development mode,type characteristics and challenges of TV variety shows publicly broadcast in domestic TV stations after copyright input,and puts forward some countermeasures in copyright trade activities of TV variety shows including the objective examination of copyright disputes,adjustment of program mode copyright protection path,strengthening copyright contract management and building a three-dimensional intellectual property protection system and industry autonomy system.
