摘　　要：呈缴是公共图书馆地方文献收集的主要来源。地方文献呈缴工作也是保护与传承地方历史、文化的责任和义务所在。该文在运用SWOT分析法的基础之上,提出呈缴工作的创新策略,对于提升地方文献收集工作质量具有重要的实践意义。Submission is the main source of local document collection in libraries.The work of submitting local documents is also the responsibility and obligation of the protection and inheritance of local history and culture.Based on SWOT analysis,this paper puts forward the strategy of submission,which has a great practical significance to the local literature collection.
