摘　　要：在“十四五”高质量发展和高校图书馆资源建设提质增效的环境下,基于高校图书馆的现实需求对湖北省10所高校的馆配商服务现状及服务需求进行了访谈调研,从高校图书馆角度分析总结了当前馆配商服务中存在的不足,提出了馆配服务改进与转型的建议。Under the environment of high-quality development in the 14th Five-Year Plan and the improvement of quality and efficiency of university library resource construction, the paper analyzes and summarizes the shortcomings of current vendor service from the perspective of university libraries by conducting interview and research on the current situation and demand of library service in 10 universities of Hubei Province, putting forward opinions and suggestions for the improvement and transformation of library service.
