摘　　要：外事档案管理是高校外事工作的重要组成部分,为推进高等教育国际化提供重要支撑。当前,高校外事档案管理服务高等教育国际化存在服务意识有待提升、服务能力有待增强、服务效率有待提高、服务领域有待拓展等问题。新形势下提升高校外事档案管理促进教育国际化的服务能力,主要对策在于以服务理念创新为指导,以服务综合能力提升为根本,以服务规范化为保障,以服务方式创新为突破。Foreign affairs archives management is an important part of foreign affairs work in universities, which provides important support for promoting the internationalization of higher education. At present, the main problems existing in the service internationalization of higher education are that the service consciousness, service ability, service efficiency and service field need to be improved. Under the new situation, as for improving the service ability of foreign affairs archives management in universities to promote the internationalization of education, the main countermeasure is to take the service idea innovation as the guidance, the comprehensive service ability improvement as the foundation, the service standardization as the guarantee, the service way innovation as the breakthrough.
