摘　　要：随着新媒体的快速发展,特别是在“互联网+”已经融入到媒体行业的时代背景下,网络新媒体的类型和数量的不断增加对纸媒提出了挑战,同时也为纸媒记者有效利用网络新闻资源推动工作创新提供了一定的机遇。纸媒记者对此应有清醒的理解和认识,并采取切实有效措施通过网络拓展新闻资源和渠道。该文对此进行了研究与探讨,在简要分析纸媒记者有效利用网络新闻资源重要性的基础上,重点分析纸媒记者利用网络新闻资源的现状和存在的突出问题,并对纸媒记者如何有效利用网络新闻资源提出了优化对策,旨在为促进纸媒记者工作创新提供一定参考。With the rapid development of new media, especially in the context of the era when "Internet +" has been integrated into the media industry, the type and number of online new media are increasing, which poses a challenge to the paper media, and also provides a certain opportunity for paper media reporters to effectively use online news sources to promote work innovation, requiring paper media journalists to have a clear understanding and understanding of this, and take practical and effective measures to expand news sources and channels through the network.This paper conducts research and discussion on this, on the basis of a brief analysis of the importance of the effective use of online news sources by paper media reporters, focuses on the analysis of the current situation of paper media reporters using network news sources, especially the outstanding problems, and how to put forward optimization countermeasures for the effective use of network news sources by paper media reporters, aiming to provide a certain reference for promoting the innovation of paper media reporters’ work.
