摘 要:目的利用文献计量学及文献可视化软件对HIV-TB合并感染治疗的研究现状、研究热点、发展趋势进行总结与分析。方法以Web of Science(Wo S)核心合集数据库作为文献来源,检索发表时间为2018-01-01/2021-12-31的有关艾滋病合并感染结核治疗领域的文献,使用CiteSpace对国家、引文、期刊、关键词等进行知识图谱的可视化分析。结果在HIV-TB合并感染治疗领域,《BMC INFECT DIS》发文量最多,研究力量主要集中于美国、南非等国家。高频且高中心性的关键词包括“人类免疫缺陷病毒”、“抗逆转录病毒疗法”、“结核病”、“危险因素”、“治疗结果”等。阶梯整群、早期死亡、成人结核合并感染、结核病治疗结局、静脉注射利福平为研究热点。结论不良治疗结局危险因素的探索、耐药结核新型药物的研发、现有给药方案的优化、矛盾型结核相关免疫重建炎症综合征的治疗是HIV-TB合并感染领域的研究热点。此外,把阶梯设计应用于HIV-TB治疗干预试验中将是未来的研究前沿。Objective To summarize and analyze the research status,research hot spots and development trends of HIV-TB co-infection treatment by using bibliometric analysis and literature visualization software.Methods Using the Web of Science(WoS) core collection database as the literature source,we retrieved literature published from January 1st,2018 to December 31st on HIVTB co-infection treatment.Visual analysis of knowledge map of countries,citations,journals and keywords was performed by CiteSpace.Results In the field of HIV-TB co-infection treatment,the BMC INFECT DIS published the most number of articles,and the research was mainly from the United States,South Africa and other countries.High-frequency keywords with high-level centrality include “HIV”,“antiretroviral therapy”,“tuberculosis”,“risk factor”,and “treatment outcome”.Stepped-wedge clusters,early deaths,tuberculosis-coinfected adults,tuberculosis treatment outcomes,and intravenous rifampicn are current research hot spots.Conclusions Exploration of risk factors for adverse treatment outcomes,the development of new drugs for drug-resistant TB,the optimization of existing dosing regimens,and the treatment of paradoxical tuberculosis-associated iris are current research hot spots in the field of HIV-TB co-infection.In addition,applying the ladder design to HIV-TB therapeutic intervention trials will be at the forefront of future research.
