净水厂污泥(DWTR)回用强化混凝处理低浊水效能研究

摘　　要：净水厂排泥水回用存在最佳含固率及混合水浑浊度范围,控制排泥水回流工艺的参数在最优范围之内,可以在节省混凝剂投加量的同时有效强化混凝效果。研究显示,当混合水浊度小于28NTU或大于100NTU时,节药率为负值,此时排泥水回用并不能达到节省混凝剂的效果。当控制混合水浊度在34NTU-100NTU时,节药效率最佳,最大节药率为50%。排泥水回流为净水厂污泥的处置提供了新方法,实现了污泥的资源化利用。There is an optimal range of solid content and turbidity of mixed water in the reuse of sludge water in a water treatment plant.In this optimal range of technological parameters,the reuse of sludge water can not only strengthen the coagulation efficiency but also save the dosage of coagulant.Research shows that the drug saving rate is negative when the turbidity of mixed water is less than 28NTU or greater than 100NTU,at this time the reuse of sludge water cannot achieve the effect of saving coagulant.However,when the turbidity of the mixed water is controlled at 34NTU to 100NTU,the efficiency of drug saving is the best,and the maximum drug saving rate is 50%.Sludge reflux provides a new method for the disposal of sludge in drinking water treatment plant and realizes the resource utilization of sludge.
