摘  要:现阶段,电路板制造市场经济环境比较复杂,企业需要改善自身的管理模式,其中设备的节能改造在成本控制中就变得十分重要。故此,文章将概述龙门线喷淋或吹风装置、蚀刻线的除钯控制装置、钻孔铜粉回收分离系统及压合自动铜箔裁切装置改造的基本工作原理,分析设备改造后的节能效果,以期对行业节能改造有一定的指导意义。At this stage,the economic environment of the circuit board manufacturing market is relatively complicated,and companies need to improve their own management models.The energy-saving transformation of equipment has become very important in cost control.Therefore,this article will outline the basic working principles of the gantry line spray or air blowing device,the palladium removal control device of the etching line,the drilling copper powder recovery and separation system,and the basic working principle of the transformation of the automatic copper foil cutting device after the equipment transformation in order to have certain guiding significance for the energy-saving transformation of the industry.
