摘  要:研究了一种外科植入物用新型亚稳定β型Ti-11Mo-6Zr-4.5Sn-3Nb合金板材的室温弹性变形行为。结果表明:在室温拉伸加载-卸载过程中,固溶态合金的工程应力-应变曲线表现出显著的“双屈服”特征。基于应力诱发α"马氏体相转变的作用,在首个屈服点出现之前,曲线表现出近似非线性弹性变形的特征。合金板材经时效热处理后,由拉伸测试实验所确定的初始弹性模量数值与时效α析出相的数量无关,而是随着β晶粒尺寸和α沉淀相尺寸的减小而逐渐增加。The room-temperature elastic deformation behavior for a novel meta-stable β-type Ti-11Mo-6Zr-4.5Sn-3Nb alloy sheet for surgical implant applications was discussed in present investigation. The results show that the engineering stress-engineering strain curves of solution treated alloy sheet present a noticeable “double yielding” phenomenon during the tensile loading-unloading testing at room temperature. Based on the influence of stress-induced α" martensite phase transition,the obtained curves displays the features of approximate non-linear elastic deformation before the appearance of the first yielding point. The initial elastic modulus values determined by the tensile test are not associated with the amount of aged α precipitated phases after the sheet subjected to aging treatment. On the contrary, the values gradually increase with the decrease of the size of β grain as well as α precipitated phase.
