摘  要:目的:梳理纳西传统医学中的“秽”及“除秽”的方法,采用网络药理学方法探讨纳西族通过除秽预防疾病的可能的作用机制。方法:借助旨在促进对环境暴露如何影响人类健康的理解的CTD数据库,获取纳西族除秽主要植物的挥发性成分相应的靶点,通过STRING数据库、Cytoscape软件、DAVID数据库分别构建靶点PPI网络、提取核心PPI网络及关键靶点、对关键靶点进行富集分析。结果:获得挥发性成分关键靶点164个,通路涉及乙型肝炎、病毒致癌、甲型流感、HTLV-I感染、Fox O信号通路、HIF-1信号通路、TNF信号通路等。结论:除秽实质上是消除细菌病毒、保持环境卫生的活动。除秽植物可能通过多种挥发性成分作用于多靶点抑制病毒、调节炎症反应,发挥消毒杀菌、预防疫病的作用。Objective The purpose of this paper is to sort out the filth and the methods of dispeling filth in traditional Naxi medicine,and to explore the possible mechanism of Naxi peoples prevention of diseases by dispeling filth by means of network pharmacology. Methods With the help of CTD database,which aims to promote the understanding of how environmental exposure affects human health,the corresponding targets of volatile components of the main plants of Naxi nationality were obtained. The target PPI network is constructed by STRING database,the core PPI network and key targets are extracted by Cytoscape software,and the key targets are enriched and analyzed by DAVID database. Results 164 key targets of volatile components were obtained,and pathways mainly included hepatitis B,viral carcinogenesis,influenza A,HTLV-I infection,Fox O signal pathway,HIF-1 signal pathway,TNF signal pathway,etc. Conclusion Dispeling filth is essentially an activity to eliminate bacteria and viruses and maintain environmental hygiene. The various volatile components of decontaminating plants may play an important role in disinfection and sterilization and preventing epidemic disease by acting on multiple targets to inhibit virus and regulate inflammatory response.
