摘　　要：痰饮学说是中医学说的特色理论,自先秦时期便已有文献记载,直至明清形成了完备的辨治体系,在中医理论与临床实践中占有重要的地位。痰饮是人体津液代谢的病理产物,既可单独为患,也是导致其他疾病的病理因素,因其涉及脏腑甚多,停聚部位甚广,故所致疾病也是多种多样。敦煌遗书中涉及痰饮所致疾病医方颇多,治法亦是多种多样,大多以痰饮形成的原因进行论治。Phlegm drink theory is a characteristic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,since the pre-Qin period has been documented,until the Ming and Qing Dynasties formed a complete system of debate and treatment,in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical practice occupies an important position. Phlegm drink is the pathological product of body fluid metabolism of human body,which can not only be isolated,but also a pathological factor leading to other diseases. Because it involves a lot of zang fu organs and stops gathering widely,it causes a variety of diseases. In the Dunhuang suicide notes,there are many medical prescriptions for diseases caused by phlegm drink,and there are various treatments,most of which are based on the causes of phlegm drink formation.
