摘 要:变速风电机组与同步发电机间的虚拟联轴耦合关系将是风电高比例电网实现高效功率振荡抑制的关键。该文首先分析变速风电机组与同步发电机组轴系间为解耦、刚性、柔性联轴耦合关系时的功率振荡特性及转移机理。其次,通过在双馈风电机组中增设虚拟联轴器,为并网系统引入新的振动自由度,并与同步发电机组共同构建两自由度旋转动态模型。在此基础上,利用反共振理论,提出基于柔性虚拟联轴的风电机组功率振荡抑制方法,并根据最优调谐和固定点理论,优化控制器参数。最后,搭建风电高渗透电网仿真系统,验证风电机组在所提控制策略下能够高效抑制功率振荡,显著提升对电网主动支撑性能。Virtual coupling relationship between variable-speed wind turbines and synchronous generators will be the key to high-ratio wind power grids to achieve high-efficiency power oscillation suppression.This paper first analyzed the power oscillation characteristics and transfer mechanism when the shaft system of the variable-speed wind turbine and the synchronous generator was in a decoupled,rigid,and flexible coupling relationship.Secondly,the virtual coupling model of the doubly-fed induction generator was established,and a two-degree-of-freedom rotating dynamic model was constructed with the synchronous generator.On this basis,a wind turbine power oscillation suppression method based on flexible virtual coupling was proposed by using anti-resonance theory,and the controller parameters were optimized according to the optimal tuning and fixed point theory.Finally,a wind power high penetration grid simulation system was built to verify that wind turbines can effectively suppress power oscillations under the proposed control strategy,and significantly improve the performance of active support to the grid.
