摘  要:气固耦合沿面闪络是造成电力设备故障的关键原因之一,亟需建立沿面闪络定量仿真模型研究闪络和失效概率。该文考虑三结合点电荷发射、固体表层电荷输运、气体碰撞电离等过程,建立基于固体表层电荷输运和气体碰撞电离耦合作用的沿面闪络模型。围绕电场畸变、电荷输运、气体碰撞电离,筛选出电荷注入势垒、电场增强因子、载流子迁移率、陷阱能级、陷阱捕获概率和气体附着系数6个特征参数。研究SF中各特征参数对沿面闪络概率分布特性的影响。结果表明,当电荷输运特征变量服从高斯分布时,得到的沿面闪络电压服从威布尔分布。在合理的标准差范围内,随着标准差的增大,特征沿面闪络电压基本稳定在实验值附近,形状参数由于闪络电压分散性变大而逐渐减小。通过各特征参数对比,发现沿面闪络电压概率分布对电荷注入势垒和陷阱能级的依赖性最大。沿面闪络定量仿真模型可用于计算失效概率,为气体绝缘金属封闭线路等电力设备的安全运行与风险评估提供了仿真方法支撑。Gas-solid coupling surface flashover is one of the key causes of power equipment failures;therefore,it is necessary to develop a quantitative simulation model of surface flashover for researching the flashover process and failure probability.Given the processes of triple junction charge emission,solid surface charge transport and gas collision ionization,a surface flashover model based on solid surface charge transport and gas collision ionization was established.Around the progress of electric field distortion,charge transport and gas collision ionization,six characteristic parameters were extracted,including charge injection barrier,electric field enhancement factor,carrier mobility,trap energy level,trap capture probability and gas attachment coefficient.Effects of each characteristic parameter on the failure probability distribution of surface flashover in SF6 were studied.The results show that the flashover voltage obeys Weibull distribution when the characteristic parameter follows Gaussian distribution.With the increase of standard deviation over a plausible range,the surface flashover voltages are basically stable near the experimental value,and the shape parameters gradually decrease due to the greater dispersion.By comparing the characteristic parameters,the failure probability distribution of surface flashover voltage is most dependent on the charge injection barrier and trap energy level.This quantitative simulation model of surface flashover can be used to calculate failure probability,and thus a simulation support for the safe operation and risk assessment of power equipment such as gas-insulated transmission lines.
