摘　　要：从用户动态需求出发,提出一种以用户在线评论为基础,并结合模糊Kano模型和逼近理想解排序法的产品设计方法。首先通过网络爬虫技术对目标产品的评论文本进行收集与分析,然后利用模糊Kano模型对需求文本进行分类,确定了三类用户需求,即基础型需求、期望型需求和兴奋型需求。再结合模糊TOPSIS法对兴奋型需求指标重要度进行优先级排序,从而得到合理的设计依据,最后应用于儿童跳舞机设计实例中,验证了该方法的合理性与有效性。利用网络评论的动态性与时效性特征可以及时掌握用户的真实需求,从而提升用户满意度和产品竞争力,同时也为其他产品的开发设计提供了一种切实可行的思路。Starting from the dynamic needs of users,this paper proposes a product design method based on user online comments,and combines with the fuzzy Kano model and the approximate ideal solution ranking method.First,web crawler technology is used to collect and analyze the review text of the target product.Then the fuzzy Kano model is used to classify the demand text,and determine three types of user needs,i.e.basic needs,expected needs and exciting needs.The fuzzy TOPSIS method is used to prioritize the importance of the excitement-type demand indicators,and a reasonable design method is obtained.Finally,the proposed method is applied to children dance machine design as an example to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the method.The dynamic and time-sensitive characteristics of online reviews can be used to capture the real needs of users in time,improve user satisfaction and product competitiveness,and provide a practical idea for the development and design of other products.
