摘 要:针对减速器箱体受动载荷作用下振动变形的问题,分析动态激励下减速器箱体轴承座孔处动刚度频响的变化规律,对轴承座孔中心点施加X+、X-、Y+、Y-、Z+和Z-六个方向的激励,获得减速器箱体轴承座孔处动刚度频响曲线。建立拓扑优化模型,根据密度等值图结果对危险频率下的箱体进行结构改进,并分析改进后的减速器箱体轴承座孔处动刚度频响曲线。研究表明,根据拓扑优化结果来改进的箱体结构可以有效改善箱体结构的振动特性,为减速器箱体的振动变形优化分析提供解决方法。In view of the vibration deformation of the gearbox under dynamic load,the dynamic stiffness frequency response of the bearing seat hole of the reducer box under dynamic excitation is analyzed.The dynamic stiffness frequency response curve of the bearing seat hole of the reducer box is obtained by applying five directions of X+,X-,Y+,Y-and Z to the center point of the bearing seat hole.The topology optimization model is established,and the structure of the box under dangerous frequencies is improved according to the results of density isosurface.The dynamic stiffness frequency response curve at the hole of the bearing seat of the reducer box after improvement is analyzed.The research shows that the improved box structure based on the results of topology optimization can effectively improve the vibration characteristics of the box structure,and provide a solution for the vibration optimization analysis of the transmission box.
