摘  要:针对一种E型磁轭与两段圆弧磁钢组合形式的电磁系统进行了分析,首先采用了等效四边形法对分段圆弧磁钢进行了处理,并通过等效磁路法推导出了电磁力数学模型。随后采用有限元法对磁路磁密以及磁力线分布进行了模拟计算,得出电磁力以及磁弹簧力变化规律。搭建了比推力测试试验台,使用一种可排除弹簧刚度、阻尼、磁弹簧力等干扰因素的测量方法对整机进行测量,将实验结果与两种模型对比,验证了有限元模型的可靠性以及等效磁路模型的局限性。最后针对样机在有载过程中因电磁力稳定范围以及磁弹簧力导致有载工作性能下降的现象,对原磁路结构进行了优化,研究结果对今后提高压缩机工作性能具有指导意义。An electromagnetic system consisting of an E-shaped magnetic yoke and two sections of circular magnetic steel is analyzed.Firstly,the piecewise circular magnetic steel is treated by the equivalent quadrilateral method.The mathematical model of the electromagnetic force is derived by the equivalent magnetic circuit method.Then the magnetic density of the magnetic circuit and the distribution of the magnetic force line are simulated by finite element method,and variation in the electromagnetic force and magnetic spring force is obtained.A specific thrust test bench is built,and a measurement method is used to measure the entire machine,which could exclude the interference factors such as spring stiffness,damping and magnetic spring force.The experimental results are compared with the two models to verify the reliability of the finite element model and the limitations of the equivalent magnetic circuit model.Finally,aiming at the phenomenon that the performance of the prototype with loading decreases due to the stable range of the electromagnetic force and the magnetic spring force with loading,the structure of the original magnetic circuit is optimized.The research results have guiding significance for improving the performance of the compressor in the future.
