摘  要:在车灯行业飞速发展背景下,为提升车灯的品质,对模具的设计和制造要求越来越高。其中双色车灯为防止串料问题,第一色通常成型透明片,但因角度和结构等因素的存在,模具经常出现流道凝料粘模问题,使得车灯浇口位置处出现拉伤现象;同时,粘模也会产生流道拉翘,模具旋转到第二色合模,流道中就会产生料屑,影响车灯外观。设计了一种用于车灯模具上的弹针机构来解决以上问题,双色模第一色注射完成时,通过弹针的顶出力作用,将流道凝料留在动模侧,从而解决流道凝料粘模问题。该机构安装在定模流道位置,不仅对车灯无影响,而且减少了后期修模,控制了模具成本。在实际运用中,特别适合前照灯灯罩、日行灯灯罩等双色模具。In the context of the rapid development of the automobile lighting industry, in order to improve the quality of automobile lighting products, the requirements for the design and manufacture of molds are getting higher and higher. In order to prevent the problem of stringing,the first color of the two-color lamp product usually forms the transparent product. However, due to the existence of factors such as angle and structure, the mold often has the problem of runner sticking, which causes the product gate position to be pulled, the sticking mold will also cause the runner to warp, and the mold will rotate to the second color to close the mold, and the runner will produce scraps, which will affect the appearance of the product. This paper designs a spring thimble mechanism used on the automobile lamp mold to solve the above problems. When the first color injection of the two-color mold is completed, the flow channel is left on the movable mold side by the ejection force of the spring thimble, so as to solve the problem. Runner sticking problem. The mechanism is installed at the fixed mold runner position, which not only has no effect on the product, but also reduces the later mold repair and control the mold cost. In practical applications, it is especially suitable for two-color mold products such as headlamp mold and daytime running light mold.
