摘  要:堆焊是在零件表面或边缘堆焊耐磨、耐腐蚀或者特殊性能的金属,从而节约材料消耗、降低零件制造成本、而正确的选择堆焊材料及工艺,可延长材料使用寿命。汽车冷冲压、冲裁及整形模具中大多为空冷钢材料,其焊接时具有非常大的淬硬倾向。通过分析材料的的可焊性,选用氩弧焊冷焊方法和采用网格式分区堆焊法以及合理的焊接顺序和工艺技术施焊,减小应力,防止淬硬,对防止A类面焊接变形有较好作用,解决了母材局部连续堆焊层硬度高且难以打磨等难题。Surfacing welding is surfacing wear-resistant,corrosion-resistant or special performance metal on the surface or edge of the part,so as to save material consumption and reduce the manufacturing cost of the part.The correct choice of surfacing material and process can repair the die and prolong the service life.Most of the automobile cold stamping,blanking and sizing die are air-cooled steel materials,which have a very large tendency of hardness during welding.In this paper,to choosing the GTAW welding method and grid format partition surfacing method,also the reasonable welding sequence and technology welding can greatly reduce stress and prevent ducking hard.It has a good effect on preventing the deformation of class A welding.The problem of high hardness of base material continuous surfacing layer and hard to be polished has been solved.
